How does the consultation work?
A 30-minute video call. We walk through your patient journey and share an honest assessment of where we'd start. You leave with useful input either way.
What kind of practices do you work with?
Injectables only — botox, filler, tox, sculptra. Solo injectors through multi-location med spas. The system is tuned specifically for this niche.
How long until things are up and running?
Two-week build window. After that we operate, optimize, and iterate every week.
Do I need a big ad budget to start?
No. We'd rather see clean economics on a modest spend and then scale. We'll talk through a realistic starting budget on the call.
What CRM or booking software do you support?
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mindbody. Something unusual? We'll usually find a way to wire it in.
Is there a contract?
90-day initial commitment so the nurture has time to work, then month-to-month.
